The Website is owned andoperated by Tumbling Tigerz (the “Company”). The Website is offered subject to your acceptance withoutmodification of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, andprocedures that may be published from time to time on the Website (taken together, the “Agreement”).
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old and older.
Content of the Website
The Website and its content, mainly but not limited to its articles and guides, do not constitute and are not intended to constitute legal advice and do not establish an attorney-client relationship. The Company does not make any warranty about the validity of the content, despite its best efforts to keep the content up to date and as accurate as possible
Comments Section
Comments are welcomed and encouraged on the Website, but there are some instances where comments will be edited or deleted as follows:
- Comments deemed to be spam or solely promotional in nature will be deleted. Including a link to relevant content is permitted, but comments should be relevant to the post topic.
- Comments including profanity will be deleted
- Comments containing language or concepts that could be deemed offensive will be deleted. This may include abusive, threatening, pornographic, offensive, misleading, or libelous language.
- Comments that harass other posters will be deleted. Please be respectful toward other contributors.

Applicable Law
his Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the substantive laws of South Africa. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Africa, the jurisdiction of the South African Supreme Court being expressly reserved.
Cancellations & Payment Terms
All Tumbling Tigerz enrolments require one (1) calendar month’s written notice for cancellation. Notice must be sent via email to the Company’s official email address. Failure to provide the required notice may result in billing for the following month.
Tumbling Tigerz operates on a flat-rate, term-based payment structure. All payment plans are calculated to include and account for school holidays, public holidays, and religious holidays. These periods have already been factored into the pricing and do not qualify for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions.
In the event that a coach is unable to attend a scheduled lesson due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a catch-up lesson will be arranged. This will be communicated to parents/guardians via email and/or SMS. Tumbling Tigerz will make every reasonable effort to reschedule within the same term.
Completion of the online registration form—including the parent/guardian’s and child’s full details—constitutes the start of a formal agreement between the parent/guardian and Tumbling Tigerz. From this point, the parent/guardian is subject to all Tumbling Tigerz Terms & Conditions, including billing and cancellation policies.
Indemnity
By accepting this indemnity, I do hereby acknowledge that I shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against Tumbling Tigerz, their owners, directors, managers, staff members or any other members associated with the company, which may arise as a result of any injuries, damage of whatsoever nature, or any loss of personal items which may occur whilst participating in a Tumbling Tigerz training session held at the above School or any other organized Tumbling Tigerz event
Tumbling Tigerz complies with the POPI Act 4 of 2013 with regards to the protection and sharing of all personal information.
